To be fair, Facebook removed this profile about thirty seconds after I took the first screen shot.

Disallowing very attractive persons from the platform seems non-ideal, but certainly having “come hither” style scoring can be used (and, I believe is) as one component of other signals, like having short URL links in a profile picture caption.

And no, fake user profiles are not used to report growth metrics. :)
